The Chef
Marcus Bellamy
Executive Chef & Co-Owner
Chef Marcus Bellamy spent over a decade honing his craft in kitchens across the Southeast — from Nashville's thriving food scene to Charleston's Lowcountry traditions — before opening Ironwood Table.
His cooking is rooted in open-flame technique and a deep respect for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Every dish reflects a philosophy that the best flavors come from quality products treated simply and cooked with care.
Marcus partners directly with local farms to source produce, proteins, and dairy — building relationships that ensure the freshest ingredients reach your table nightly.
When he's not in the kitchen, you'll find Marcus at the local farmers market on Saturday mornings, scouting new seasonal ingredients and catching up with the growers who make Ironwood Table possible.

Our Story
From Warehouse to Kitchen
Ironwood Table was born from a simple idea: that great dining doesn't need pretension — it needs fire, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality.
We opened our doors in 2018, converting a century-old brick warehouse into the warm, inviting space you see today. The exposed brick walls, open kitchen, and wood-fired hearth aren't just design choices — they're central to how we cook and who we are.
From our first night, we've been committed to sourcing locally and cooking over live fire. Our menu changes with the seasons, driven by what's available from our farm partners.
Our Philosophy
What We Believe In
Open-Flame Cooking
Our oak-fired hearth and charcoal grill are the heart of our kitchen. We believe fire transforms ingredients in ways no conventional oven can match — adding depth, smoke, and character to every dish.
Farm-to-Table, Always
We partner with local farms to source seasonal produce, pasture-raised proteins, and artisan dairy. Our menu changes with the harvest, ensuring everything on your plate is at its peak.
Craft & Intentionality
From house-made pasta to hand-crafted cocktails, nothing here is an afterthought. Every element on every plate is there for a reason — simple, deliberate, and made with care.
Warm Hospitality
We want Ironwood Table to feel like a place you belong. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, our team is here to make your evening memorable — not just your meal.
